1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and oqqee ("oqqee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://oqqee.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oqqee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of oqqee — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka — you must create a registered account. The following provisions govern the registration and management of your oqqee account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one oqqee account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. oqqee is not liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
• Identity verification: oqqee may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
• Account ownership: Your oqqee account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your oqqee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. oqqee will never contact you via email, live chat, or telephone to request your password.

You must notify oqqee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. oqqee will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account during an investigation to protect your funds.

oqqee cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, provided that oqqee has acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated with those credentials prior to receiving notice of compromise.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the oqqee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. oqqee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via mobile money wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your oqqee balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name, consistent with the identity information on your oqqee account.
• Withdrawal processing time: oqqee targets withdrawal completion within 60 minutes for mobile money methods and within 1–3 banking hours for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests that trigger identity verification checks may take longer to process.
• Transaction fees: oqqee does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees independent of oqqee; oqqee accepts no responsibility for such charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

oqqee offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. oqqee reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion without providing a reason.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bet acceptance: oqqee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where odds have been published in error, or where oqqee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent intent.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the oqqee platform — including but not limited to the oqqee brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of oqqee or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oqqee platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any oqqee content without express prior written permission from oqqee.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oqqee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if oqqee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oqqee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oqqee account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes oqqee's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by oqqee's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

oqqee processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. oqqee will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
